New Scanner Developments

Choose between QR or Barcode Scanner: It can be a bit annoying when you have to manually cover unwanted QR/Barcodes that get in the way. We add the ability to choose either one. If you need both, choose All types.

Fullscreen or Focused Scanner (BETA): In Fullscreen mode, the scanner captures the full camera view, scanning from top to bottom.

In Focused, the scanner has a target frame, so you keep track when scanning multiple serials close together.

  • Added missing battery inverter scanner option

    • Scan and save the hassle of keying inverter serials into Geo.

New Photo Developments

  • The Onsite app now shows a clear tally of the no. of photos collected and minimum no. required for each photo requirement.

  • Thanks to one of our customers, we added simple Existing vs. New battery product label to save confusion. You Asked, we listened!

Save time with the Combined Battery Form

The combined GS (Generation and Storage) form allows you to claim STCs on both PV and Battery in a single form.

  • Track your install in one place. Less admin work.

  • Installers need only issue agreements and collect signatures once for both forms.

  • Collecting photo evidence is easier with one requirement list for both installs.

A better way to search for your assignments

  • Search and track all your new Geo assignments in one place!

  • Filter and Export search results as a csv.

This important upgrade is currently in BETA and will soon replace the In Progress Assignments search. Please share any feedback on filters or fields you’d like to see in the search.

Thanks to one of our customers who reported that it would be handy to search by your own Internal reference. You Asked, We Listened.

Legacy Geo → New Geo

  • Out with the old and in with the new - we are on a constant mission to upgrade your systems experience.

  • Those creating standalone PV or WH STC forms will be familiar with the system we call legacy. All other forms are already in new Geo, which offers greater stability, flexibility, and is quicker to update for ever-evolving regulatory requirements. Take the new assignment search - it’s faster, offers more filters and is simple to use.

  • The team is diligently working towards building all forms in new Geo to provide you a unified and superior experience in one place. We have soft launched the new standalone PV form. If you’d like early access to the new PV form, please get in touch and you can get the benefit of consolidating your PV work in the same place as your other new Geo forms!

  • WH standalone STC from is next in our pipeline to migrate from legacy. Stay tuned for more on that, soon!
