An Improved User Experience Now Available. Keep your app up to date so you don’t miss out!

 

Update summary:

This critical update fixes synchronisation issues when the app was offline for long periods that sometimes resulted in missing photos, serials or signatures.

 

Photo permission settings:


iOS users please ensure that you set your permissions to allow the Onsite app access to All Photos. If Selected Photos is selected Onsite may not sync photos correctly.

If you need to update permissions, you can do this at any time from settings for the app in your device

Water Heater Scan and Snap at the same time

We know how rushed it can get when you’re on the job, so we’re working on making the Onsite scanner work double-time for you as a photographer and barcode reader.

With water heater serial number barcode photo capture, Onsite will take a photo of the serial number barcode while you are scanning and upload it to Geo. Cutting out the hassle of collecting a separate serial number photo in the Photos list.
