Our app Onsite just got more accurate with serials, photos and location

Our latest Onsite update is now live. It improves the three things you capture on every job: serial numbers, photos and location. Here's what's changed.

Serial numbers

  • Serial numbers are tagged with the location where you scanned them.

  • A serial number is added once its photo has saved. If the photo can't be saved, the app tells you why.

  • Large jobs with lots of serial numbers now upload more reliably.

Photos

  • On iPhone, photos and serial scanning now work when Onsite only has access to selected photos.

Location

  • Photos and serial numbers are tagged with a more accurate, up-to-date location.

  • If location services is stopping you from continuing, the app tells you which setting to change.
