We Listened: Geo just got better for batteries

Two updates went live in Geo this week, and both came straight from what installers told us

Selecting the battery configuration

Geo now asks which product is the approved CEC item: the modules, or the fully assembled battery. That one answer is what makes sure your STCs get calculated correctly.

Adding a non-CEC-approved battery

Adding capacity to an existing system, but that battery isn't on the CEC approved list? Tick the box that says so, then enter the brand, model and capacities. Geo takes it from there.

We build our own platform so we can build it around you. This improvement started with something an installer told us, and because we build Geo ourselves, we could just get in and make the change.

Log in to Geo to see both changes in action. And if something's still not working the way it should, tell us — that's how updates like this happen.

Why installers choose our platform

  • One platform for Solar, Battery, AC and Water Heating incentives

  • In-house dev and support team who know the platform

  • Built around how you actually work, with checklists and prompts along the way

Our team is here to support you. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to get in touch.
