VEU is on hold. We are not. You’ll still be paid on time, every time

The VEU registry website is scheduled to undergo a system upgrade between 23 May and 3 June 2025, resulting in a temporary pause in certificate processing and payments across the industry.

We know how tough it is to manage cash flow — especially when the rules change.

With the VEU upgrading its system, businesses like ours won’t be getting paid for a while. But you shouldn’t feel the hit.

So we’re stepping in. We’ll continue to pay our clients on time.

The VEU have indicated the pause will last Midday on Friday 23 May to 9am on Tuesday 3 June. If anything changes and this pause extends beyond June 3rd, we'll update.
