We have released a new form in Geo that will make the claim process easier. It now takes about 6 minutes to submit a claim from start to finish. It's that fast.

To access the new form, you need to take the following 2 steps:

Take the Induction Quiz and share it with your representatives

The Induction Quiz is a new requirement that covers the VEU Code of Conduct, ensuring that scheme participants are aware of their responsibilities. 

Share the quiz with all your company representatives, employees and sub-contractors, who will be engaging with your customers - Click here for the link to the Induction Quiz.

Once your Company Representatives submit their details and answers to the quiz, we receive an automatic notification. We then register them in the nominated Geo account so they can access the jobs in Geo or Onsite.

2. Download and use Onsite - our installer app

Onsite is now mandatory for VEEC Water Heater installs. This is due to the increased scrutiny that the VEU are placing on installs and the photo evidence demonstrating compliance.

Installers who use Onsite have consistently provided better photo evidence, resulting in fewer RFIs, meaning their claims get processed and paid faster than those who do not. If you or your installers don't currently use Onsite, please click on one of the buttons below.
