Part 1:
Organising the job before going to site

1. Starting a new assignment

This is what you see when you are creating a new form.

  • You get access to this page after completing the training for your activity.

  • Click “Begin a new Assignment”.

  • Our platforms will prompt you with the information required.

2. Fill the Basic Details

  • Type in the installation address

  • Confirm the Activity Type

  • Fill in the Original Energy Saver.

3. Save your Job Reference for later and focus on the basic details

  • If you have any questions about your job, let us know the reference number, so we can speed up the process of helping you.

  • There’s a few questions, but you don’t need to fill all details for the moment

  • Focus on install date, premises type, install details and install team

4. Calculating Certificates and Assigning your team

  • Once you save your job, Geo will tell you how many certificates the job accounts for.

  • When you assign your install team, the job will start showing on their app.

  • Click “Save” and your install team should be ready to go.

Quick recap: These are the details you’ll need to fill out before going to site.

  • Installation Date

  • Is it a residential or commercial install?

  • Details of the Old System/New System

  • Who your installers are

Part 2:
Collecting Evidence on Site with Onsite

5. Seeing which photos should be taken

  • The assigned job will pop up to the installer in their app

  • After you click “Photos”, you should see the photo buckets

  • Incomplete Photos will be shaded in yellow/orange. Once the photo is taken, the shade will go from yellow/orange to white.

  • You can also click in the photo to see how it looks

6. Capturing the remaining photos with Onsite

  • Click in “Activities”. You’ll see all the other photo buckets

  • If you click in each photo, you can see a description of what needs to be captured.

  • Taking photos in onsite ensures that Geo-Tagging is turned on. That avoids a common issue in jobs that slows down the approval.

  • When all buckets are white, the required photos were captured.

Part 3:
Wrapping up the job in the office

7. Checking if the photos were collected

  • You should see a green-tick in Photos. You can check how your installer photos look like.

  • Now you can head back to the “Form” section in fill out the remaining details

  • The goal is to get the green tick in all sections

  • For batteries, you don’t need to fill the discount provided to customers

  • Always make sure you click “Save” as you go to save your work.

8. Adding the Documents

  • The next part to complete is the documents.

  • Geo will know which documents to ask for based on your activity.

  • If you upload an incorrect document, you can click on the 3 dots to remove and replace it.

9. The Agreements

  • Geo will send an email and a text to the consumer. Click “Request” so the agreements are sent to be signed by the relevant parties.

10. Checking jobs and actions needed

  • If you want to check the status of your form, you can go to Geo Home.

  • You can see all your assignments.

  • Geo will send you emails once agreements are signed. Then you are to submit.

  • If you have any outstanding action, it will show up as “Required Action”
