1. Starting a new assignment
This is what you see when you are creating a new form.
- Click “Begin a new Assignment”.
- Our platforms will prompt you with the information required.
- Fill in the installation address
- Fill in the System owner details
- If you wish, you can add an internal reference
2. Save your Job Reference for later and keep filling the form
- If you have any questions about your job, let us know the reference number, so we can speed up the process of helping you.
- The Retention of Title can now be issued electronically
- Geo allow for two different install dates for PV and Battery. But the form will only send agreements once the second date is met
- For forms with two dates, we need two compliance certificates
- PV questions will come first, then Battery.
4. Calculating Certificates and Assigning your team
- Once you save your job, Geo will tell you how many certificates the job accounts for.
- Click “Save” and your install team should be ready to go.
5. Getting the number of batteries in
- For now, always answer “No” to the question “Are you adding capacity to a modular stackable system?”
- In number of batteries, add the number of modules.
- We’ve been amending this info manually after a recent guidance from the regulator.
- For Stackable Systems: Please make sure installers capture photos of all the modules.
6. Assigning your team
- The same team should handle both the battery and pv install.
- When you assign your install team, the job will start showing on their app.
7. Capturing the photos
- The installer can take all of the photos under one job.
- Make sure the installer captures 6 unique selfies
- Once you add the products, you’ll see the components
8. Adding the Documents and Agreements
- The documents you’ll need are: - Installation invoice
- Compliance Certificate
- Proof of NMI

- For the consumer agreement, we’ve combined them, so you only need to send one.
