Refrigerated display cabinets - Activity 32 Announcement

The Victorian Government, through Minister for Energy, Environment and Climate Change, Lily D'Ambrosio, has today released a proposal to introduce a 50% reduction (0.5 discount factor) in the number of VEECs eligible to be claimed for fridges (classes 1-11) installed under VEU Activity 32.

Public comment has been sought for this proposal and the results are expected to be released on 30 June, 2022.

Green Energy Trading will provide further updates as to the outcome of the proposal as details are released.

Submissions to the consultation on the discount factor reduction close on 6 June, 2022.
