Onsite app users - Installation Team

Green Energy Trading’s Onsite app is no longer just for installers. Now you can give anyone with a Geo account access to your jobs in Onsite.

Installation team has moved out of the form to it’s own tab in Geo, giving you one convenient place to assign all team members and Onsite users.

No more turning on the app toggle.

Add as many users as you like.

Assigned installers with Geo accounts are automatically added - saving you time!

Why did we do this?

This allows team members who are not installers to collect evidence using Onsite. Freeing up your installers to focus on what they do best.

You control who has access to Geo or Onsite only. This means you can give Subcontractors access to jobs in Onsite without allowing them to access your other jobs in Geo.

How do I add new team members to my list?

Send a list of your team members names and emails (CEC email should be used for installers) to benefit@greenenergytrading.com.au. Mention whether you would like team members to have access to the Onsite app only.
