Ric has more than 30 years’ experience in the energy sector. He is a member of the Australian Solar Council hall of fame, a vocal market advocator and commentator.

After 3 years as General Manager of National Carbon Bank of Australia, Nick has recently returned to Melbourne to take up the Chief Operating Officer role. He is now responsible for the operations of both NCBA and GET. He supports the Sydney and Melbourne operations teams to provide excellent end-to-end service for our clients.

Financial Controller

Dexter joined us in 2009. He has overseen a diverse business growth including the acquisition of 2 companies. Currently, has full responsibility for planning and implementing our financial and accounting operations, while forecasting, planning, and developing our financial strategies.

Tom oversees our environmental certificate trading desk. He also oversees business development, contracts and market intelligence.

HR & OFFICE MANAGER

Alison joined Green Energy Trading in 2009. She knows the ins and outs of our business. Her very dynamic role helps everyone to stay on their toes.

currently manages marketing and business development. With a variety of roles under her belt, Emily's expertise includes her previous roles as Operations Manager and Compliance Manager

VICTORIAN BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Adele joined the company in 2019 as a Customer Service Officer in the Operations Team, the engine room of the company. Just eight months later she joined the Marketing Team as a Business Development Manager, where she engaged more formally with our clients. Adele completed two secondment roles as Marketing Manager and Client Services Manager – Solar, during 2021-2022. Adele currently manages the business development for Victoria, actively selling our services for all activities which we are involved with.

OPERATIONS MANAGER - SOLAR

Owen has been involved in STCs and LGCs for over 8 years. He was instrumental in the development of GET’s Power Stations portfolio (which now consists of over 400 sites) and is an expert in large scale and commercial solar accreditations.

OPERATIONS TEAM LEADER - SOLAR

Tiana joined Green Energy Trading in 2022. Starting in the Commercial Lighting team, Tiana quickly showed her potential and is now our Solar Team Leader. With a Master of Environment (specialising in governance, policy and regulation) under her belt, Tiana is passionate about helping others access sustainability initiatives and improving environmental outcomes.

OPERATIONS TEAM LEADER - ENERGY EFICIENCY

Nathan joined the organisation in 2020 as a Customer Service Officer in the commercial lighting arm of the business. After completing a Diploma of Leadership and Management and working as the 2IC in the lighting department he was picked to head up the Energy Efficiency team as the Team Leader. Nathan has a keen interest in the transition of Australia's energy consumption to a more sustainable and efficient place.

R&D MANAGER - DEEMED ACTIVITIES

Spencer became part of our team in 2011, having previously spent several years working in the energy retail sector as a metering specialist, business analyst, and trainer. Currently, he collaborates with a range of individuals and organisations within the industry to identify and create new business opportunities, commercial avenues and revenue streams for our clients.

SOLUTIONS MANAGER

BSc(Hons), GradDipEd(Sec)

Bianca joined us in 2019 as a Project Supervisor. Since then she has taken on several roles and been instrumental in managing projects and software products across the company. She is passionate about nurturing capabilities across the business and using data and tech to inspire innovative approaches.

SYSTEMS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Taylor started as a Developer in the IT team in 2014, then he took on the role of Development Team Leader with a focus on the UX as we took our bespoke online system, Geo to the larger market. In 2019 he started leading the IT team and became responsible for all development and engineering in the company.

PROJECT MANAGER - BETTER HOMES & CARBON

Alastair joined the team in 2017 after looking for opportunities in the energy and sustainability sector. His enthusiasm, customer service and team leadership served him well in his roles as Operations Manager and Victorian Lighting Manager. Alastair is currently pursuing energy equity advocacy as project manager for our Better Homes & Carbon initiative in partnership with AE3.
