Onsite Version 1.1.118 iOS update has landed!
The important 1.1.118 update:
Addresses photo upload bugs and syncing issues; and
Provides clearer error messages, including prompts to retry failed serials and warn of missing geotaggs.
The easiest way to ensure your photos have been geotagged is to collect them using the app.
Offline
Onsite allows evidence collection, including geotagged photos even while offline.
Ensure you:
refresh the app so all jobs in your list are current; and
stay logged in before heading out to remote areas.
When offline, the refresh button is replaced with an offline icon. Any evidence you collect offline is automatically synced once your connection resumes.
Check the time of last sync by going to the “More” tab and scrolling down to “Syncing”
HEIC files
If you have a newer Apple device you may find it defaults to taking HEIC files. As windows is unable to read files of this format, we recommend you adjust your device settings to capture JPG photos by default.
Go to settings
Tap Camera > Formats
Select Most Compatible
