From the 1st of September 2024, Onsite, our installer app, will be mandatory for photo evidence collection

This means you won't be able to upload photos through the Geo desktop website anymore.

Get paid faster

By using Onsite, you are likely to be paid quicker. Geo forms with photos captured in Onsite have higher odds to pass with ZERO follow-ups. 

We appreciate this may require an adjustment to your current process. However, we believe the faster we can process, pass and pay your claims is worth that investment. As always our expert team are here for support during business hours for the Onsite app and Geo.
